Imagine with me for a few moments:  a gorgeous table, set with fine china and crystal glasses upon a white linen tablecloth. Beautiful flowers are arranged amidst plates of sandwiches, scones and pots of tea. Around the table are sat many women, enjoying each other’s company and the delicious food.  Blessed worship brings the presence of God near, as they anticipate the real reason for their gathering – to learn more of Father God’s heart for them as women as Dr Ed Silvoso shares from his book, “Women: God’s Secret Weapon. Doesn’t this sound absolutely wonderful?  Wouldn’t you just love to be part of something like this?

May God bless every woman who is involved in the organisation and all those who attend. May it be a powerful time of encouragement and inspiration to all to rise up and embrace their God-given identity and fulfil His plan and purpose for them as women.

Whether or not we’re able to attend an event like this, God is inviting all of us women to join Him at a lavish banquet. He has prepared a beautiful table just for us, and invites each one of us personally to come and dine with Him. As we enter His presence, He delights in giving us the choicest food and drink from His Word to strengthen and nourish us. His food will never go stale or run out. His table will never be closed.  We’re welcome at any time, regardless of our age, background, or past etc.  He calls us to His banqueting table and His banner over us is love. We can enjoy a perfect “Afternoon Tea” in His presence, and be empowered to continue to live transformation lives that will spread to our spheres of influence as we share with others what God has shared with us.

Also …. As I spend time in His Presence, at His table, I will allow the Lord to speak to me about hosting a TransformOurWorld Women’s Tea Party here.  So …….. watch this space!!!
